paywall protected WSJ article highlights the old but new again concept of dorm style living for adults (particularly urban young adults), called "coliving" as a way to address the affordable housing needs of the economy. It is a concept that I've advocated for a long time whose barriers are partially regulatory, and partially a matter of culture and organizational structure.
