Seemingly Stupid Ideas Often Succeed

Tyler Cowen delightfully recaps eighteen stupid sounding business concepts that have turned out to be phenomenally successful.  He could easily add an older one: FedEx, the produced billions in revenues despite a mediocre grade for the proposal from a Harvard Business School professor.  I personally use eight of the eighteen in addition to FedEx.

Predicting what will work and what will not work is not elementary.
