Drunk Lawyer Follow Up

I previously noted the outrageous behavior of Joseph Carmagnno who showed up at court drunk in a kinapping case before Judge Michelle Leavitt. The Denver Bar Journal picked up the story in today's edition.

What happened next?

[He] cannot practice law until he is re-instated.

Joseph Caramango is on disability inactive status. District Court Judge Michelle Leavitt filed the order after Caramango appeared drunk during a court proceeding in August. . . . The State Bar of Nevada said Caramango sought treatment at an in-patient facility in California.

While it is easy to confirm a report like this in Colorado online, I was unable to locate a similar online reference source for Nevada.
